about the job

• Work closely with project stakeholders, including business units, clients, integration partners, and IT teams, to gather solid requirements, provide advisory input, and ensure alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, and industry best practices.
• Manage the full lifecycle of change requests, from requirements gathering through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring smooth and successful implementation.
• Provide essential production support by promptly resolving issues raised by affected stakeholders, ensuring system performance remains optimal and minimising disruptions.
• Develop and maintain solid documentation for business requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability across the project lifecycle.
