Project Manager (Banking industry)

The PMO member will support project management activities throughout the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and design to testing, documentation, and implementation.

The role involves preparing and maintaining project documentation, facilitating meetings, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders across Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions.

The incumbent will also assist in managing project timelines, risks, tasks, and vendor coordination while ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies.

A strong focus on collaboration, transparency, and accountability is expected to promote alignment with project goals and organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Understanding or experience in at least two of the following areas : Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Derivatives (mainly Interest Rate Swap / Cross Currency Swap), Bonds, FAST / GIRO Payment, XB / MEPS Payment
• Experience as an IT Project Manager or in a Project Management Office (PMO) .
• Skilled in creating clear and professional business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills .
• Ability to perform business tasks in English (reading, writing, speaking)
