Job Responsibility

• Customer Satisfaction
• Respond positively and professionally to Customer’s questions, queries, feedback or request.
• Organization Efficiency
• To play an active role to ensure the safety of storage, sales floor, merchandise and people in the store
• Control the merchandise flow according to cashier’s procedures.
• Ensure proper usage of all Company’s asset
• Ensure sufficient paper roll on each POS
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standard at cash register
• To report to immediate superior of any faulty or damaged asset
• Employee training and Development
• To participate in any Assessment or Performance Review conduct
• To participate in any training activities being assigned to
• Financial Performance
• Protect all information pertaining to Financial statements and data
