Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, mix, knead, proof, and bake various types of bread and buns.
  • Maintain product consistency and quality control at all times.
  • Manage daily production schedules efficiently.
  • Ensure all baking processes meet hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bread making or bakery production.
  • Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, baking temperature, and ingredient ratios.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible, punctual, and committed to producing quality products.
  • Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Chinese Speaking Preferred.
  • Important : Candidate must undergo skill test / demo session to show proficiency in decorating and finishing before confirmation.
