Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 1 year of experience in bread making or bakery production. Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, baking temperature, and ingredient ratios. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsible, punctual, and committed to producing quality products. Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. Chinese Speaking Preferred. Important : Candidate must undergo skill test / demo session to show proficiency in decorating and finishing before confirmation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, knead, proof, and bake various types of bread and buns.
- Maintain product consistency and quality control at all times.
- Manage daily production schedules efficiently.
- Ensure all baking processes meet hygiene and safety standards.
