Reports To : Head of Marketing / Assistant Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to strengthen PEOPLElogy’s brand presence and support the growth of our training and scholarship programmes. This role suits someone who’s hands‑on, analytical, and comfortable leading campaigns from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to guide campaign direction.
- Propose creative marketing angles for PEOPLElogy products
Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end execution of digital and offline campaigns, including concepting, content planning, budgeting, and reporting.Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Content, Social) to ensure cohesive campaign rollouts.Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROI.Content & Social Media Management
Oversee content calendars, ensuring timely posting across platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).Review and refine marketing content, copywriting, visuals, and social media assets.Manage community engagement (comments, enquiries) to improve lead quality and customer experienceBranding & Creative
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and public communications.Work with designers, agencies, videographers to deliver impactful creatives.Contribute to storytelling strategies that strengthen PEOPLElogy’s brand image.Data Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze overall campaign performance across digital and offline channels.Review social media and content performance to identify trends, strengths, and gaps.Prepare clear reports with insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.Maintain weekly / monthly dashboards and performance summaries for management.Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to align marketing plans with programme priorities.Coordinate with external partners, vendors, agencies, and media owners.Prepare and provide clear event briefs to the Events Team, including objectives, key messages, target audience, programme flow, creative requirements, and promotional plans.Support events, webinars, roadshows, and partnerships when needed.Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Minimum 4–5 years experience in marketingStrong understanding of digital marketing (social ads, performance metrics, content strategy).Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.Creative, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with paid digital advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, or analytics tools.Basic design / video editing knowledge.Experience managing influencers or partnerships.What We Offer
