Construction Manager (Fit out / Hotel)

Liaise with a subcontractor for sample approval

Lead the QAQC team for the inspection status

Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents and meet contract obligation

Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies and other project disruptions

Advice on non conformance

Performance Management :

Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.

Prepare and submit performance management reports to Project Manager

Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.

Quality Management System :

Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.

Implement improvement in Commercial and project department.

Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties’ requirements.

Proper document and record keeping in project department.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, architectural or related field

Experience

Min of 5 years of experience in ID fit out - built in furniture, wall paneling, partition works and etc.

Prior experience in hotels, apartments or condominiums will be considered an added advantage

Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality
