Overview
Sales Specialist responsible for achieving sales targets; explains vehicle features and technologies, focusing on comfort level and retention; ensures the best customer satisfaction journey; participates in all marketing and promotional events organized by Outlet and HQ; handles vehicle stock receiving from principal up to delivery preparation including JPJ registration and Puspakom inspection; assists customers with test drives and ensures vehicles are in excellent condition for test drives; undertakes other special assignments and related duties as required by supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving the set sales targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, focusing on comfort level and retention.
- Always provide in the best customer satisfaction journey.
- Actively participate in all marketing and promotional events organized by Outlet and HQ.
- Responsible for vehicle stock receiving from principal up to preparation of vehicle to be delivered to customers such as JPJ registration and Puspakom inspection.
- To assist customer for test drive and to ensure vehicle is in excellent condition for test drive
- Undertake any other special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required by superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and public relation skills.Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.Open to fresh candidates with a strong desire to develop and grow in sales.Job Benefits
