IT DIRECTOR

Overview

The IT Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, planning, and management of all Information Technology (IT) systems and infrastructure within the organization. The role includes obtaining and maintaining ISO 27001 : 2022 IT Management System and overseeing hospital IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the hospital's information systems, including Electronic Health Record (EHR), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), and other critical healthcare technologies.
• Oversee the hospital IT helpdesk, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and continuous availability of IT support to staff.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.
