IT Technician

Overview

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and data backups to ensure uptime and security.

Manage system updates, patches, and security protocols to safeguard company data.

Support ERP, manufacturing software, and other specialized applications used in production.

Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user guides.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient IT support across the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
• Familiarity with Windows / Linux systems, servers, and cybersecurity practices.
• Knowledge of ERP or manufacturing-related software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
