Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle phone calls, emails, and daily correspondence
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Support day-to-day administrative and personal tasks
Liaise with internal teams and external partners
Maintain filing systems and ensure smooth workflow
Assist in basic project coordination and follow-ups
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a PA, admin assistant, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and multitasking ability
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
