Job descriptionAt least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive. Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications. Exceptional planning and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality. A qualification as a PA is advantageous. Knowledge in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) basic computer usage.

Job description :
- Act as first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients.
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage the CEOs diary, schedule meeting and appointments, and provide reminders.
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
- To assist in the Companys daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.
