Proven track record of successful HR business partnering on a global scale.

• Strong business accumen coupled with an ability to translate business challenges into HR initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, matched with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Strategic outlook and problem-solving skills focused on organisational efficacy.
• Rich experience in leading change management, evolving talent, and overseeing HR project management.
• Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity within a global workplace.
