Sandblasting Operator (Contract)

Ferrotec Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Sandblasting Operator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sandblasting Operator, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring the high-quality finish of our products.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment to clean, etch, or smooth the surface of metal components
• Prepare and set up the sandblasting equipment according to job requirements
• Monitor the sandblasting process and adjust parameters as needed to achieve the desired finish
• Inspect and quality check parts after sandblasting to ensure they meet required specifications
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the sandblasting equipment
• Maintain detailed records of the sandblasting process, including production data and any issues encountered
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
