Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

• Move goods from one location to another, including transfers within the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, etc.
• Complete cargo handling tasks on time and as required according to instructions or work orders.
• Loading and Unloading Operations : Assist truck drivers with cargo loading and unloading to ensure safe handling of cargo.
• Follow proper loading and unloading procedures to prevent damage to cargo or accidents in the workplace.
• Use of Handling Equipment : Operate hand trucks, forklifts, and hybrid hold forklifts to improve handling efficiency.
• Perform basic maintenance on handling equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Sort and organize goods according to warehouse planning and related instructions.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area to facilitate handling and inventory management.
• Assist in Inventory Management : Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Stocker to ensure accurate inbound and outbound movement of goods; provide assistance during inventory counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Safe Operation : Ensure workplace safety by following safety procedures and wearing personal protective equipment; pay attention to safety during cargo handling to prevent accidents.
• Follow Work Plan : Reasonably arrange cargo handling and distribution tasks in accordance with work plans and instructions; ensure that tasks are completed on time and work efficiency is improved; provide relevant information about the handling process (e.g., broken goods, abnormalities) to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Adaptability and Flexibility : Adapt to different types of goods and work environments, and be able to respond flexibly to a variety of handling tasks and ad hoc work assignments and emergencies.
