Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cantonese Language Trainer to support our operations by enhancing the language proficiency of our associates. The ideal candidate will deliver targeted training programs focused on conversational fluency, customer interaction, and cultural nuances relevant to Hongkong market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Cantonese language training for new hires and existing staff to meet client communication standards.
- Develop and deliver customized training modules focused on call center scenarios, customer service etiquette, and business communication.
- Assess language proficiency through diagnostic tests and ongoing evaluations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve pronunciation, grammar, and fluency.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify language gaps and training needs.
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and performance reports.
- Support language training initiatives and internal assessments.
- Support process training specific to Healthcare / Medical Insurance over a period of time
Required Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in Cantonese (Traditional Chinese) – Spoken, written and reading fluencyStrong command of English for bilingual instruction and documentation.Minimum 2 years of experience in language training, preferably in a BPO or customer service setting.Familiarity with call center operations and customer interaction protocols.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital training platforms and e-learning tools.Understanding of cultural sensitivities and business etiquette in Hong Kong and Cantonese-speaking regions.Exposure to quality assurance or customer experience roles with Healthcare Insurance domain is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
