Assistant Trainer

Execute and adapt HQ training strategies for the Malaysian market.

Conduct product knowledge, sales, and service training for Beauty Advisors, and retail teams.

Localize and translate training materials to fit the Malaysian culture and market needs.

Organize and deliver online and offline training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Gather feedback from the field and provide insights to HQ for continuous improvement.

Support the development and structure of Malaysia’s training system.

Who We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or training. Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided!

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English . We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn and grow.

Strong presentation and people skills — confident speaking in front of groups.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently under HQ guidance.

Aspires to become a team leader or training manager within 1–2 years.
