Your Role

Provide exemplary level of technical support for Pulsar products and manage delivery of on-site services safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Report directly to Asia Director of Sales – APAC.
• Support distributors in APAC region. This includes :
• Provide remote technical support to our distributors and users in APAC region.
• Provide site support to distributors whenever required.
• Support implementation of distributors training programs to monitor and improve sales in the region.
• Work with the distributors to promote our products through seminars, road shows, exhibitions, trade shows etc.
• Provide support to distributors for Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
• Continuous improvement in technical competence in the distributor’s organisation.

Your Background

Travel

Travel is estimated to be no greater than 75% of the working week. Travel includes but is not limited to customer locations, and overseas distributor / customer locations.
