Job Description

• Responsible in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of all IT applications for Malaysia and Singapore.
• To perform application support, change requests, bug fix duties, and ensuring completion of tasks within the agreed time.
• To perform preventive and corrective activities to ensure availability of deployed systems / applications.
• To study and document business / user / system requirements.
• To perform system design and document system specifications.
• To provide system training to end users.
• To assist in user acceptance test and production deployment / installation.
• Support eLIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) for Malaysia and Singapore, this includes incident, change request and user access.
• Advise and assist user with solutions based on system capability and features.
