Lead and manage daily procurement operations, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier sourcing.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to meet operational and financial goals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate performance regularly.
Oversee inventory control, monitor material usage, and coordinate month-end stock reporting.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit standards.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance summaries for management review.
Supervise and train purchasing team members to ensure efficiency and professional growth.
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Restaurant, Manufacturing, MIS) to align purchasing with operational needs.
Conduct market research and support product development initiatives through sourcing and evaluation of new materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in F&B or manufacturing industries.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of inventory systems, procurement software, and cost control management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
