Qualification / Skills Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Engineer, with a strong track record in standards maintenance, layout design, productivity improvement, and metric maintenance, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement techniques is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex information in a clear and understandable manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerBI (or similar). Job Requirements
Create flow charts. Support all DCC new toys start-up. Coordinate product problems to P.E / line Gemba. Station layout and line balancing. Conduct engineering pilot runs. Work methods / methods improvements. Develop and layout assembly line. Mainline product costing. Ensure all DCC products line supports meet MMSB schedule, quality & cost. Attend FMEA for new toy development. Special project for DADs downtime and improvements. Standard hours reductions. Review and propose design changes to move category D to non-D category. Review DADs machine limitations to run all types of product categories. Office Hours :
Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
