Corporate Sales Executive
(IT Solution) – Johor Bahru
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage project delivery, including confirmation, shipment, delivery, installation, and handover.
- Understand prospect requirements and formulate solutions with the assistance of the solution team.
- Collaborate with the solution / technical team in preparing proposals, solutions, tenders, presentations, and attending commercial negotiations.
- Maintain corporate relationships with customers, buyers, partners, and internal support teams.
Requirements :
Participate in technical assignments related to the company’s network infrastructure projects.Engage in project studies for network infrastructure design.Communicate and collaborate with multi-tier personnel, including clients, partners, and vendors, regarding deliverables.Participate in project delivery, management, installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of network infrastructure.Prepare pre- and post-project documentation.Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for solution resolution and escalation if necessary.Attend Level-2 / 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and meet SLAs.Act as an advisor and technical educator for non-technical team members regarding IT network knowledge and practices.Working Hours :
