Overview
Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables / GL entries .
To process accounting transactions, issue payments, and update ledgers.
Assist in the preparation of monthly management report sub-schedules or relevant supporting reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the receipts, invoices and payments.
Timely performance of reconciliations including bank reconciliation, payment report, vendor and customer statements.
Verify transactions to post to the general ledger.
Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
