Overview

Brightstar Stainless Steel Work – Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Requirements

Able to communicate in English & Cantonese.
Able to prepare fullset of accounts.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly closing.

Daily cash flow management.

Manage bank transactions.

Liaise with auditor and tax agents.

Preparation of audit schedule.

Submission of SST report.

Petty cash management.

Preparation of invoices, petty cash voucher.

Data entry in accounting software (SQL accounting system).

Manage accounts payables and account receivables.

Prepare bank reconciliation.

To prepare PV.

To prepare cash flow report daily.

To review company Bank Account Liase with Tax & Company Auditor.

To upload payment request by Management.

To check Customer & Puchase Invoice.

To do the arrangement on material 5S.

To check monthly outstanding DO & SO Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.
