Solutions Sales Specialist (Microsoft)

CXEngage is actively recruiting enterprise-minded IT graduates to start their careers in driving Microsoft 365 AI adoption. You will lead partner organizations through Microsoft's SureStep methodology to implement and scale tools like Microsoft Copilot, Teams Premium, Viva Insights, and Microsoft Purview, aligned with Pax8’s partner strategy and Microsoft’s AI Cloud Partner Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide partners through the SureStep methodology and onboard them into Pax8's Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Support partners in creating and packaging AI-enhanced Microsoft 365 solutions with strong value propositions
• Drive new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by enabling partners to sell, deploy, and upsell Microsoft 365 workloads
• Deliver training on Microsoft 365 tools and upskill partners using Pax8 Academy and Microsoft Learn
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost Microsoft 365 adoption and share insights on partner needs and market trends
