Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Support Specialist to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide high-quality support, guiding them through company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities & Impact :
Act as a primary resource for employees, offering support via phone, email, or chat.
Address and resolve inquiries related to payroll, time off, leave, and benefits with accuracy and discretion.
Manage employee support cases efficiently using case management tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies while assisting employees.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience in employee support with a strong grasp of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (or other required languages) at a C1 or higher level and Mandarin / Cantonese.
