Overview Civil Project Engineer

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of our ongoing and upcoming infrastructure and construction projects in Oil & Gas Downstream. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project quality, technical compliance, and effective coordination among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project documentation, drawings, and records in accordance with engineering and quality standards.

Review and verify project progress reports, technical submissions, and data entries in the project management system.

Monitor site progress and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and construction issues.

Assist in preparing project status reports, completion documentation, and post-project evaluations.

Ensure compliance with project specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape are advantages.

Creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Company’s domestic or overseas trips (travel as required).
