Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Office Administration with a strong background in vocational training. The ideal candidate must possess a Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 or a Diploma in Office Administration (DKM), along with a valid Vocational Training Officer (VTO) certificate and an induction certificate recognized by the Department of Skills Development (JPK). Candidates should have prior teaching experience, preferably in a skills-based or vocational training environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical lessons in office administration
Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans
Assess student performance
Supervise industrial training placements
Contribute to curriculum development
Ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards
Participate in academic meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 or Diploma in Office Administration (DKM)
Valid Vocational Training Officer (VTO) certificate
Induction certificate recognized by the Department of Skills Development (JPK)
Prior teaching experience, preferably in a skills-based or vocational training environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching
Ability to work well in a team
