Human Resources and Administration Executive
Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information
Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Monitor and manage attendance, leave and well-being for both local and foreign employees
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations and keep updated with the latest HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
Provide administrative support to staff and management on day-to-day office functions, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings
Create and maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, including reports, minutes, and databases.
