Job description

Provide Leasing Department all M&E provision for each unit lot upon request on a timely manner.

Source and solicit quotation from registered contractors for any extra landlord provisions required by Leasing Department for the new tenant.

Calculate and provide the cost of providing extra landlord provision to Leasing Department on a timely manner.

Liaise with all the mall appointed contractors to ensure all landlord provisions for the tenant to meet the standard set and the targeted date and time.

Ensure that all Purchase Request (PR) are raised and approved by all relevant authorities before submission to the Operation Admin Officer for further processing.

Liaise with the new Tenant's interior designer (ID) and main contractor on all M&E structural renovation renovation requirements upon receipt of information from the Legal Department.

Review and revert comments on M&E structural drawings submitted by the Tenant's ID and main contractor within 2 working days.

Conduct fit-out briefing to tenants / contractors prior to commencement of fit-out work.

Monitor and control all renovation and restoration works to ensure on time business opening and empty unit lot return by the out-going Tenants.

Ensure all documentations are properly filed and relevant documents such as As-Built Drawings submitted on time.

Any other jobs deem necessary by your Superior appointed by the company.

Requirement(s) :

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related industry.
Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
Knowledge of AutoCad software.
Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking tenants.
Applicants should be independent, pro-active, result-driven, market oriented with good communication skills, able to complete the task within timeline given.
Able to work in a team and good coordination with other department.
