One category includes pluggable transceivers such as SFP+, QSFP+, QSFP28, QSFP-DD, OSFP, etc., in various form factors with data rates from 10Gb / s up to 800Gb / s, widely used for Metro, Wireless, Access, Enterprise networks, and Data Centers. The other category comprises optical engines for pluggable transceiver modules, as well as Near-Packaged Optics (NPO) and Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) for high-speed optical connections. Optical engines offer flexibility and faster time-to-market for high-density and high-bandwidth data transmission for applications like AI and HPC.

Quality Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Leading QA team and drive operation group for continuous quality improvement toward quality excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for QA team recruitment, management, training, performance appraisal with ability to improve the quality department 's capabilities and abilities.
• Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement through the development and implementation of Quality processes, systems, tools and techniques.
• Responsible for organizing the company's internal audit activities, external ISO and customer audit.

2、负责质量部门人员招聘,日常管理,人员培训,绩效评估和部门人员能力提升。

3、进行质量工作和流程的策划和跟踪落实,定期监控相关质量数据,实现各项质量目标的达成。

4、推进质量流程 / 质量工具 / 质量系统等的实施和改善

5、组织和实施公司相关内审计划和外部审核活动例如外部ISO审核和客户审核。
