Penerangan pekerjaanWork as production supports and primarily responsible and accountable for the stability of the production systems supported Ensure application compliance to policies, standards, process, and procedures within the bank Lead and manage obsolesces, vulnerabilities, CVE, ISV, ICV, IVS, risks, audits for the applications supported Manage stakeholders from senior management, business, operation, country technology, finance, credit, risk, client care, GIA, auditors and regulators Participates in the Incident and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting Review the overall design of the projects / enhancements ensuring stability of the application in production is not compromised Work with relevant Architecture, Support & Project teams to propose solutions with approved technical architecture, connectivity and security which are consistent with the Bank’s standards and practices Ensure documentation, guidelines and procedures are in place and enforced for quality in operational processes Participate in audits, regulatory meeting and other risk related activities from support perspective 24X7 standby support based on roster for production technical issues and critical incidents Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in production supports in a professional corporate environment At least Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Information Technology & related fields Ability to work across domains, partner and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and be able to manage and navigate through ambiguity and organizational complexity Proven experience in managing large-scale IT transformation initiatives Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills Strong ability to analyse and understand project / programme financials and other relevant data points to synthesize observations for management attention Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability Strong sense of personal ownership and willingness to roll‑up sleeves to drive success Mindset to continuously learn and develop themselves Understanding of Strategy covering key operating domains spa Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and analytical in problem resolution Team player, fast learner, self‑initiative and reliable Java Shell Scripting Unix / Linux RHEL / Apache / Tomcat API XML ELK ADO Solace SPLUNK Windows services Database management IBM MQ Messaging Container technology Open‑source technology Front‑End Programming Languages and Frameworks Back‑End Programming Languages and Frameworks Cybersecurity Skills User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Core bank funding for retirement savings, medical and life insurance with flexible and voluntary benefits available in some locations Time‑off including annual leave, parental / maternity (20 weeks), sabbatical (12 months maximum) and volunteering leave (3 days), along with minimum global standards for annual and public holiday combined to 30 days minimum Flexible working options based around home and office locations with flexible working patterns Proactive wellbeing support through Unmind, a market‑leading digital wellbeing platform, development courses for resilience and other human skills, global Employee Assistance Programme, sick leave, mental health first‑aiders and other self‑help toolkits A continuous learning culture to support your growth, with opportunities to reskill and upskill and access to physical, virtual and digital learning Being part of an inclusive and values‑driven organisation, one that embraces and celebrates our unique diversity across our teams, business functions and geographies – everyone feels respected and can realise their full potential
