Finance Administrator (Fresh Graduates)

Job descriptionOversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and / or General Ledger (GL) functions of the company. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Generate and prepare monthly accounting journals, ledgers, and other essential accounting records. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation. Prepare costing and inventory reports to support decision‑making processes. Conduct regular analysis to optimize inventory management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by preparing and submitting accurate and timely regulatory reports. Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting accounting and finance activities. Provide support in various areas of accounting and finance activities as assigned by the finance leadership team. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve overall organizational financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in managing AP, AR, and / or GL functions.
- Strong proficiency in preparing monthly accounting records and financial reports.
- Knowledge of costing, inventory management, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
