You'll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Your Responsibilities Will Include :
Assist with the setup and monitoring of CRM campaigns, ensuring they adhere to timelines and quality standards.
Help prepare materials and collect data for A / B testing under close supervision, learning about its effects on campaign effectiveness.
Support in gathering marketing data and participate in the basic analysis of campaign results. Help in preparing simple reports that contribute to campaign optimizations.
Assist in the review of existing CRM channels like email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS. Participate in basic research on best practices and support the supervised integration of new technologies.
Collaborate with CRM consultants and other team members, gaining insights into CRM management and day-to-day operations.
Observe client meetings to gain a basic understanding of client management and communication.
Support more experienced team members in the development and implementation of cross-channel marketing tactics, learning about their planning and execution.

Open to fresh graduates or final-year students in a relevant field who are available for a full-time internship.
