What's The Gig?

In this role, you'll be part of a lean, innovative, and profitable team that's engineered for the future of marketing. You'll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Expect a fast-paced environment where you'll learn, experiment, and grow as we embed AI into everything we do — from strategy to execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Campaign Management : Assist with the setup and monitoring of CRM campaigns, ensuring they adhere to timelines and quality standards.

A / B Testing : Help prepare materials and collect data for A / B testing under close supervision, learning about its effects on campaign effectiveness.

Data Management and Analysis : Support in gathering marketing data and participate in the basic analysis of campaign results. Help in preparing simple reports that contribute to campaign optimizations.

Marketing Technologies Exploration : Assist in the review of existing CRM channels like email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS. Participate in basic research on best practices and support the supervised integration of new technologies.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with CRM consultants and other team members, gaining insights into CRM management and day-to-day operations.

Client interaction : Observe client meetings to gain a basic understanding of client management and communication.

Cross-Channel Marketing Initiatives : Support more experienced team members in the development and implementation of cross-channel marketing tactics, learning about their planning and execution.

What We're Looking For

Experience : Open to fresh graduates or final-year students in a relevant field who are available for a full-time internship.

Skills : Good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Personal Attributes : Proactive, team-oriented individuals with a strong interest in CRM. Ideal candidates are eager to learn and apply CRM technologies and strategies to drive business success.

Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You'll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
