Job descriptionAdminister and manage CRM platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. Oversee marketing automation tools to track campaign performance and lead generation. Provide technical support and training for tools to sales and marketing teams. Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues via online channels. Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and conversions. Working with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and logistics. To check stock availability, arrange collection / monitor locate products delivery and liaise with logistics company if necessary. Develop collaborative, positive working relationships and share product knowledge with dropship. Maintaining inventory and stock levels. Running daily and weekly reports to support trading decisions. Completing stock movements and ad hoc trading tasks. Assisting with digital marketing campaigns and social media efforts. Analysing past sales, identifying trends, determining fast and slow-moving inventory, and identifying sources for converting & non-converting traffic. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Experience with eCommerce platforms and social media updates Strong multitasking and decision-making skills. Analytical and communication skills. Product Management :
- Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on e-commerce platforms (main platform Tiktok & Shopee)
- Ensuring product images, descriptions, and content are high-quality and up-to-date.
- Verifying that all product listings have accurate and high-quality images, graphics, and content.

Requirements :
2-4 years of eCommerce or marketing experience (preferred).
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
