We are seeking a Korean-speaking Web Developer to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about web technologies, customer support, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email (scheduled appointments).
• Provide technical support for website, store, or account integration and help resolve technical issues.
• Analyze content and performance opportunities; advise customers on technical integrations and process improvements.
• Guide customers step-by-step to implement Conversions API – including Direct Integration, Platform Integration, CAPI Gateway, CAPI Partners, and CAPI for Google Tag Manager.
• Monitor customer progress diligently and ensure successful outcomes.
