About the Role

We are seeking a Korean-speaking Web Developer to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about web technologies, customer support, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email (scheduled appointments).
Provide technical support for website, store, or account integration and help resolve technical issues.
Analyze content and performance opportunities; advise customers on technical integrations and process improvements.
Guide customers step-by-step to implement Conversions API – including Direct Integration, Platform Integration, CAPI Gateway, CAPI Partners, and CAPI for Google Tag Manager.
Monitor customer progress diligently and ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of work experience in web development or technical support.

Proficiency in Java and HTML (mandatory).

Strong communication skills in Korean (must) and English.

Background in IT / technical field or prior experience as a technical customer consultant, help desk agent, or IT support staff.

Knowledge of social media advertising, digital marketing, and tools such as Pixel, MS Office, email systems, and API / SDK integration is a plus.

Must be willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (onsite position).
