Electrical Engineer (Automation Control) Responsibilities
- Design electrical schematics, control cabinet layouts, and wiring diagrams for automation and robotic systems.
- Select and integrate electrical components such as relays, drives, sensors, and protection devices.
- Ensure all designs comply with IEC, CE, and local electrical safety standards.
- Lead and support electrical installation, commissioning, testing, and system deployment on project sites.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, PLC, software, and robotics teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support during commissioning and after-sales service.
- Travel to customer sites (local and overseas) for project implementation, testing, and support.
Electrical Engineer (Automation Control) Requirements
Proficiency with Siemens, Omron, and Beckhoff PLC platforms, including IEC 61131-3 programming and HMI development.Experience with robotic workstation electrical systems or industrial automation environments.Strong understanding of industrial electrical device selection and system integration.Ability to complete complex process designs using industrial engineering software.Preferred : Experience with upper-layer development (C / C++, C#, Python).Advantage : Experience integrating MES or SCADA systems.Must be fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams in China.Willingness to travel for projects (frequency depending on project schedule).Mechanical Engineer (Automation System) Responsibilities
Design mechanical structures, frameworks, assemblies, and automation modules based on project specifications and performance requirements.Develop complete 3D models, detailed engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and installation / assembly documentation.Conduct tolerance analysis, structural strength checks, kinematic / motion simulations, and mechanical risk assessments.Provide on-site support for mechanical installation, assembly, debugging, and system commissioning.Work closely with electrical, PLC, software, and robotics teams to achieve seamless mechanical–electrical integration.Lead cost reduction initiatives by optimizing designs, improving manufacturability, and identifying local sourcing opportunities.Ensure mechanical designs comply with safety standards and industry best practices.Mechanical Engineer (Automation System) Requirements
