Requirements
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in administrative or procurement roles is an advantage
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare and handle documents such as PO, DO, invoices, and quotations
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented and responsible in handling paperwork
Responsibilities
Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)Source and compare quotations from suppliersNegotiate pricing, delivery terms, and product specificationsFollow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goodsVerify delivery documents (DO) and invoices for payment processingMaintain and update supplier database and price listRecord all procurement transactions accurately in the system or fileOrganize and maintain office documents (PO, DO, invoices, quotations)Respond to official emails related to purchasing or operationsSupport logistic arrangements (delivery scheduling, coordination)Benefits
