Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in administrative or procurement roles is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar field is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and handle documents such as PO, DO, invoices, and quotations
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and responsible in handling paperwork

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Source and compare quotations from suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and product specifications
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Verify delivery documents (DO) and invoices for payment processing
  • Maintain and update supplier database and price list
  • Record all procurement transactions accurately in the system or file
  • Organize and maintain office documents (PO, DO, invoices, quotations)
  • Respond to official emails related to purchasing or operations
  • Support logistic arrangements (delivery scheduling, coordination)
