Job function : Design and Art / Creative

Responsibilities

Produce photo-realistic 3D renderings and / or animations following the designer’s concept and initial design intent
Proficient in modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages
Brainstorm theme / conceptual design with the Designer(s) as necessary
Manage submission timelines, administer creative control, and provide quality creative results
Capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with designers.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in corporate office interiors and a good understanding of design (image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture, fixtures)

Possess a keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative

Proficient in 3D Max & Vray, Corona, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
