Job Description

About the role We're looking for a Visual Design Lead to ensure exceptional creative quality across our marketplace and apps. You'll need robust design expertise and deep understanding of UI / UX including design systems, brand design, interaction design, micro interactions and motion design.

You'll be entrusted with the SEEK brand and expected to build a compelling vision for its future expression across marketplace and app experiences. Reporting to the Head of Creative and Design Systems, you'll partner with Heads of Product, Marketing leads and business stakeholders to develop creative solutions from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

Design excellence & execution

• Hands-on execution of best-in-class visual communications from strategy to pixel-perfect delivery;
• Champion design craft and visual storytelling throughout Product Design output;
• Lead development of original visual language connecting with APAC marketplace audience;
• Implement high-fidelity animations using motion design principles; and
• Measure UI and creative solutions through proven success metrics.
