Overview
As a Senior Client Relationship Specialist, you shall be part of the anchor team to grow businesses, retain and grow profitable revenues with a portfolio of prestige clients. You believe in delivering high level of service and passion in providing professional product knowledge to our clients, fostering a best‑in‑class client experience within our Fintech brand.
Responsibilities
- Take the initiative to reach out to a group of leads / clients daily, enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Develop creative strategies to bring in new clients and retain existing clients.
- Provide best‑in‑class experience to both existing and new clients during onboarding, advising product solutions and following up diligently.
- Review clients’ investment portfolios and risk profiles regularly.
- Ensure all enquiries through various sources are attended to promptly.
- Understand clients’ requirements and expectations & convey accurate information / solutions efficiently.
- Update clients on product management changes as well as market trends or events.
- Maintain and update the CRM tools regularly, ensuring all leads & clients are attended to.
- Provide customer feedback, suggested solutions or recommendations to the Client Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly targets or complete any assigned tasks by the Client Relationship Manager or Team Leader.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of CFD products (Foreign‑Exchange Currencies, Indices, Bonds, Metals, Commodities, Shares, ETFs and Cryptocurrencies). Prior investing or trading experience an advantage.Preferably 1‑2 years in securities or FX industry.At least 2 years of client relationship management experience, preferably 1 year in a financial product trading or brokerage environment.Minimum diploma or above.Strong team player and excellent communicator.Drive to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic global fintech company.Ability to communicate well via various channels. Proficient in two or more languages besides English preferred (French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic).Traits such as patience, team player, initiative, resourcefulness, perseverance, adaptability, playing above the line, no lay blame, unlearn & relearn.Seniority level
