Business Development & Sales
- Drive Malaysia market penetration and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in web development and digital marketing services
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships
- Develop market-specific pricing strategies and service offerings
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Malaysia market
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the KL officeManage web development project delivery and timelinesCoordinate with Singapore-based Project Management head for seamless project handoversEnsure quality standards align with company protocolsImplement operational processes and workflows specific to Malaysia market needsTeam Leadership & Management
Lead and develop the Malaysia-based team membersConduct performance reviews and provide career development guidanceManage team capacity planning and resource allocationFoster collaboration between Malaysia team and Singapore / Miri officesHandle local HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsStrategic Planning
Develop and execute Malaysia market expansion strategiesPrepare regular business reports for Singapore managementIdentify opportunities for service enhancement and market differentiationManage local budget and P&L accountabilityRequired Qualifications :
Degree in Business, Digital Marketing or related field5–7 years' experience in digital agency / IT servicesProven sales and business development track recordStrong knowledge of digital marketing & web developmentExperience in team leadership and operations managementExcellent communication in English & Bahasa MalaysiaExperience in regional expansion / multi-country teamsFamiliar with Malaysia's digital market & regulations
