Penerangan pekerjaanOversee day-to-day operations of the KL office Manage web development project delivery and timelines Coordinate with Singapore-based Project Management head for seamless project handovers Ensure quality standards align with company protocols Implement operational processes and workflows specific to Malaysia market needs Lead and develop the Malaysia-based team members Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance Manage team capacity planning and resource allocation Foster collaboration between Malaysia team and Singapore / Miri offices Handle local HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Develop and execute Malaysia market expansion strategies Prepare regular business reports for Singapore management Identify opportunities for service enhancement and market differentiation Manage local budget and P&L accountability Degree in Business, Digital Marketing or related field 5–7 years' experience in digital agency / IT services Proven sales and business development track record Strong knowledge of digital marketing & web development Experience in team leadership and operations management Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia Experience in regional expansion / multi-country teams Familiar with Malaysia's digital market & regulations
