Warehouse Supervisor

We are fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand based in Semenyih. We manage daily online sales, live-stream operations, and nationwide deliveries. We’re expanding our logistics and fulfillment team and looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with strong e-commerce and logistics experience to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and stock movement.
• Manage logistics and delivery flow — liaise with courier partners, schedule pickups, and track shipment performance.
• Support and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and update movement records in system or sheets.
• Plan manpower allocation and ensure packing speed & quality targets are achieved.
• Troubleshoot any order, stock, or delivery issues and propose effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
• Assist in process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
