You will act as the technical lead for assigned engineering projects and provide ongoing support to warehouse operations.

• What You'll Do
• Warehouse & Logistics
• Management
• Oversee warehouse and logistics teams to improve material flow, layout efficiency, inventory accuracy, support logistics cost reduction, and lead digitalization initiatives.
• Provide technical support to warehouse operations and new equipment commissioning.
• Project Management & Execution :
• Lead and manage engineering and cross-functional improvement projects within the plant and warehouse division.
• Develop and review project specifications, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Equipment & Facility Reliability :
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, warehouse systems, and utilities to ensure operational reliability.
• Drive improvement in equipment utilization, energy efficiency, and operational productivity.
• Health, Safety & Environment :
• Ensure all plant operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement safety measures in collaboration with the HSE team.
• What You Need to Succeed
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or any related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experienced in warehouse or logistics-related projects is an added advantage.
• Experienced in leveraging Microsoft Excel and data management platforms, e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, SAP reporting tools.At NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
