Credit Department’s main function is to ensure that Oracle does business with companies that are both willing and able to pay for our products and services. The primary role is to assess the customer credit worthiness and assign the credit limit to each customer based on their financial strength, business and payment history with Oracle, while liaising with sales and other finance departments.
Job responsibilities
- Perform credit evaluation on Oracle customers by analyzing financial documents, credit reports and other available internal data.
- Lead credit email queue and respond to requests within SLA.
- Lead a portfolio of customers and ensure each account is assigned with appropriate credit limits.
- Interact and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, AR, Collections, Order management & Legal) to ensure accurate resolution of queries and requests.
- Proactively advance issues to Manager as required.
- Prepare and generate necessary regular and ad‑hoc reports.
Job Requirements
