The Logistics & Warehouse Executive will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and logistics functions. This role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Challenges

Plan, organize, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Implement and maintain proper storage practices to ensure efficient use of space and prevent damage to goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic reconciliations. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inventory transactions. Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycle counts and audits. What It Takes

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of transportation regulations, warehouse safety standards, and compliance requirements.
